Great article , Kevin. I will buy your book when it comes out. “ Retired” Doc here who left my 30 year practice due to the shot mandates.

Sorry you had to quot. Sadly the mandate got rid of many good doctors. I quit teaching elementary school because I felt masks were absurd and had anxiety about teaching masked children. Basically I would have had to enforce smothering them which is child abuse.

I knew they were not at risk for covid and would not wear one myself because I never cared if I got sick. If I did, I would ride the sickness out or die if it was my time to go.

Wearing masks made me mad.

I had to take my mom to the doctor and wore a very sheer mask to breathe. When we met with the doctor I told him what a joke wearing them was and he was completely convinced we must wear them. He didn't like me since I basically called him a fool but not actually saying that. Go figure he was a brain surgeon who didn't think. 😆

You were correct in calling him out. Many of my fellow docs( most) followed like sheep.

I wear a mask while cleaning the chicken coop to reduce the amount of dust I breathe in. When I remove the mask it's covered with dust...on the inside! And people actually believe a mask could stop a virus???

Notes from the Under Dog L.'s avatar

Masks came up in the comments section on the Free Press the other day, and I said that people still wearing them are basically telling the world that they're neurotic. A man gets on and says that he still wears a mask because he's susceptible to respiratory illnesses. I countered that seven years ago he wouldn't have worn a mask. No one in the Western world went around masked ever, apart from medical contexts.

I lived in S. Korea where they wear masks; it was the uncanniest thing, it looked so strange. But there -- as mentioned here -- they wear the masks to protect OTHERS from their cold. It isn't done to protect themselves. I would ask them, Why don't you just stay home?

It seems so counterintuitive to wear a mask if one is susceptible to respiratory illness anyway. I stopped wearing a mask during the "pandemic" before it was ordained because "masking" made me feel sick. Inhaling my own breath all day? The stinky chemicals in the paper? Steaming my glasses? It's disgusting. Of course wearing a mask could actually facilitate getting sick, not prevent it.

So many people one would assume to be healthy in NYC are wearing those stupid things. At this juncture, the semiotic of the mask is: Stay away from that neurotic person.

I still regularly see people wearing masks here in the Vancouver area.... some while driving -alone - in their car with the windows open 😂🤣

Some of us knew from day one. Industrial hygienists and health physicists design controls and/or PPE to reduce exposure. But not one qualified individual was interviewed or referenced during the faux pandemic

I knew Fauci had lied the minute he switched on masks!! He was right the first time-regular masks (even an N95 isn’t 100% effective) don’t stop airborne viruses.

Looking forward to this whole series.

When I see someone out now with a mask, I am always tempted to say: “You know those don’t work, right?” But I never seem to have the courage to actually do so. Perhaps with this series, I’ll have the backing to seriously engage with someone on the topic.

Within 3-5 minutes with the mouth and nose covered the persons blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and blood gases all change. The meta analysis on pubmed/nih.gov concluded masks are contrary to all aerobic life….do some research!! ALL HARM & NO PROTECTION!!

Great article 👏

My question is; when will these people be held accountable? There needs to be justice for all the people who were sacrificed for their power trip.

Dr. Michael Osterholm once likened mask-wearing to putting a screen door on a submarine.

That was before the check cleared and he got with the program, I guess.

The Biological Waves of Becoming – The felt history of the cosmos, the world.

The growth of an organism is itself a choreography of waves. When an egg cell is fertilized, it does not simply divide by mechanical instruction. Instead, spiraling waves ripple across its surface, billions of proteins rushing like sentinels to initiate the dance of differentiation. These spirals emerge, collide, vanish, and reemerge, mirroring the vortices in quantum fluids, the currents of the oceans, and the electrical storms of the brain and heart. Life begins in resonance with patterns that scale from the microscopic to the cosmic.

This wavelike process reveals that the organism is not just a physical entity but a living field, oriented by feeling. Before neurons and synapses, before cognition and language, there is sensation, pulse, vibration. These pre-cognitive impressions -reaction patterns, set the tone of stress regulation, defense mechanisms, and relational capacities. The fetus does not merely receive nutrition from the mother—it receives rhythm, affect, and the felt texture – the felt history of the cosmos, the world.

(The spontaneous and automated reaction patterns stored in the organism throughout the evolutionary history of reacting. The Phylogenetic conditioned response stereotypes so that it serves the organism’s ability to survive, adapt and continue to function in its environment.

The implications for health and development are considerable – Biological Vitality

Since the vegetative system is one important carrier of the organism’s “stress profile,” then awakening its disturbed regions(contradiction) offers a direct route to reestablishing balance and new growth. Rather than overriding the organism’s signals with external interventions—flattening its possibilities through chronic medication, or masking them with distraction—the method lets the organism reveal itself. In this sense, the practice honors the evolutionary intelligence of life: the tiny protein messengers, the rhythmic micro-adjustments, the spiral-like processes that sustain the unfolding of growth.

Disturbance, then, is not merely an obstacle but a signal- a reservoir of possible new growth. The activation of disturbed regions demonstrates that health is not a fixed state but a dynamic capacity for self-regulation. To tremble, to blush, to weep in the human basic position is to witness the organism at work, recalibrating its own contradictions. It is a reminder that beneath the surface of our conscious will lies a deeper posture: one that belongs to the organism itself, carrying us back toward balance.

(organism as cosmos in miniature link)

The philosophical lesson is clear: healing cannot be reduced to external imposition. When interventions override rather than engage the organism’s self-regulatory intelligence, they risk flattening the body’s possibilities—much like collapsing a wave function into a prematurely fixed state.
